Does touching private parts break wudhu' and ghusl?

when you do wudu if by accicent you touched your private bit but your clothes were coving the private parts is your wudu still vaild


and if you touch your private parts during ghusl is it broken

Ghusl or Wudhu is not broken simply by touching the private parts.
