Al-jawab billahi at-taufeeq (the answer with Allah's guidance)

All types of conventional insurances contain the elements of gambling and interest which are unlawful and against the principles of Shari’ah, is that they have either an element of interest (Riba) or gambling, chancing (Qimar), both of which have been explicitly and sternly forbidden by Allah Most High in the Qur’an and in the Ahadith by the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam):

Allah Ta'ala states:

"O! you who believe, fear Allah and give up what remains of your demand for usury, if you are indeed believers. But if you do not (abstain) take notice of war from Allah and His Apostle…"
(Surah Al Baqarah, Ayah 279)

Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) has said:

On the night of Miraj, when we reached the seventh Heaven I looked above me. Suddenly I heard the sound of thunder and lightning. Then I came to a group of people whose bellies/stomachs were as big as houses, in which there were snakes which could be seen from the outside. I asked Jibraeel "Who are these people?" He replied "People who consumed interest."
(Ibn Majah)

And, regarding chancing and gambling (Qimar):

“They question thee about strong drink and chancing. Say: In both is great sin, and (some) utility for men; but the sin of them is greater than their usefulness. And they ask thee what they ought to spend. Say: that which is superfluous. Thus Allah maketh plain to you (His) revelations, that haply ye may reflect.” [2:219]

And:

“O ye who believe! Strong drink and chancing and idols and divining arrows are only an infamy of Satan's handiwork. Leave it aside in order that ye may succeed.” [5:90]

Also, selling insurances or any Haraam products is Haraam (forbidden) and sinful.

Allah Ta'ala says,

"And do not cooperate in sinfulness and transgression. Have fear of Allah, for Allah is Stern in retribution." (5:2)

You should seek another work, there is no lack of legal jobs. Allah Ta'ala says: "He it is, who has made the earth subservient to you (i.e. easy for you to walk, to live, etc.) So walk in the path there and eat of His provision, and to Him will be the Resurrection." Allah Ta'ala also says (Interpretation of the meaning): "Earth of Almighty Allah is very vast."

Allah Ta'ala Says : "… And whosoever fears Allah and keeps his duty to Him, He will make a way for him to get out (from every difficulty). And He will provide him from (sources) he never could imagine …"[65:2-3].

Know that whoever gives up something for the Sake of Allah Ta'ala, Surely Allah Ta'ala gives him better than what he has left.

And Only Allah Ta'ala Knows Best.
