* children\child here refers to those under the age of maturity, hence 0-15 years. Children and babies are words which are synonymous.

It is impermissible to take photographs of naked children and is per se, an abhorrent action agreed on by even non Muslims communities.

It is strictly forbidden to take images of naked children, to view them, distribute or search for them on the Internet. The sin is magnified by the involvement of children, for they are vulnerable, easily manipulated and taken advantage of. The Shar'iaah take on such violations of rights most seriously, and can only be considered degenerate depravity.

The Fuqaha state that if a child arouses sexual passions in a person, then it is not permissible to gaze at any part of the his\her body. If one is sexually attracted towards children, then this must be regarded as an absolute anomaly. One must ignore such tendencies by sticking fast to the regulations of Deen. It is highly recommended, if not necessary that the advice of a Shaykh-e-Tariqaat be sought, to diagnose and treat this spiritual malady before one is engulfed in sin.
