Respected Sister,

Abortion and Rape:

'...In the unfortunate event of rape, the victim should first resort to immediate medical treatment in order to prevent pregnancy. However, if the pregnancy occurs, then in such a case, many contemporary scholars have permitted terminating the pregnancy provided the stage of the soul being entered into the fetus has not lapsed (120 days)...' (Birth Control and Abortion in Islam, pg. 66, by Muhammad ibn Adam Al-Kawthari)

Abortion and Adultery:

'...Pregnancy due to illegitimate sexual intercourse cannot be considered a valid excuse for carrying out an abortion...an abortion due to illicit sex will be unlawful at all stages, whether the soul is blown into the fetus or otherwise...' (Birth Control and Abortion in Islam, pg. 63 & 65, by Muhammad ibn Adam Al-Kawthari)

And Allah knows best.

Wassalam.
