Bismillah

Al-Jawab Billahi At-Taufeeq (the answer with Allah's guidance)

1) Those worships which are neither Fard nor Wajib but which Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) himself advised or practiced, or if he did not say anything to those who omitted them, are called Sunnate Huda or Sunnate Muakkada. It is Makruh to omit a Sunnate Muakkada. It is a venial sin. (Se'edat-e-Ebadiyya)

2) It is Sunnat muakkadah (close to Wajib) to perform five Salah with Jama'ah (congregation). (Qudoori)

And Allah Taa`la Knows Best.
