Question: Reciting out loud Taraweeh, Witr und Qada Prayers
Assalamu aleykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh Shaykh,

I know that we can recite the Maghrib, Isha and Fajr prayers out loud on our own.
But what about the Salatul Witr, Taraweeh, and Qada prayers?

When praying alone a man has a choice to read quietly or aloud for the Fajr, Maghreb and Isha and the Qadha. The Zuhur and Asr are always read quietly.

Tarawih and Witr with Jama’ah is read aloud and alone quietly.

وجهر بقرأة الفجر أي الإمام وأولي العشاءين ولو قضاء والجمعة والعيدين ويسر في غيرها كمتنفل بالنهار لأنه المأثور المتوارث من لدن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم إلي يومنا هذا ولا يجتهد نفسه في الجهر وكذا يجهر في التراويح والوتر إذا كان إماما التوارث
