are the positions of imam malik and imam abu hanifah accurately represented here?: http://www.islam.tc/ask-imam/view.php?q=7799 Specifically, if the man does take a second wife, is this grounds for the first wife to divorce him according to Imam Abu Hanifah? |

The answer written for the question in the aforementioned link is correct. However it should be noted that the Ahnaf state that although the condition should be fulfilled, it does not nulify the person's Nikah if he goes against it. |
