Question: Retrograde Ejaculation
Assalamualaikum,
I have a medical problem known as retrograde ejaculation. Essentially if I'm intimate with my spouse, my semen doesn't release fully and because of that, the next few days every time I urinate, semen clearly comes out with the urine. Urine and semen then release together for the next few days each time I urinate. Must I then do ghusl every single time before prayer? Because that's very difficult to do because of work and school and having to urinate multiple times a day. The only way to prevent this problem is to not be sexually intimate, but I can't do that either due to my wife's sexual needs.

If After urinating Mani (sperm) comes out without desire then Ghusl will not be necessary. Hence, as Mani is filthy you must wash those parts of the body or clothing which has been soiled with the filth. If however, there was desire then Ghusl will be necessary.

قال في العلائية خرج مني بعد البول وذكره منتشر لزمه الغسل قال في البحر ومحمله ان وجد الشهوة وفي الشامية أن عدم وجوب الغسل بخروجه بعد البول اتفاقا اذالم يكن ذكره منتشر الخ
