Question: About word abjad
Asalam alaikum
If some one having headache
People in my country say
Hold your head and write abjad ابجد on it the pain will disappear
And they say its a word from quran …

‘Abjad’ has no basis in Shariah.

To get relief from pain one should recite Surah Fatiha seven times and recite this dua seven times,

أَعُوذُ بِاللهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ

“I seek refuge with Allah and His omnipotence from the evil of what I feel and that which I am wary of.”

One should seek the cures to ones problems in Allah through the Quran and the way shown to us by the Messenger (صلي الله عليه وسلم).
