Question: Writing ball pen prevents water from reaching out the skin?
Assalamu A'laikum Sayekh, Will I Have to repeat my salah if there is a small amount of ink of handwriting ball pen ink in my hand what I found after Completion of salah??? In such case, my salah is valid? Or Will I have to repeat my salah? I want answer according to the Hanafi Fiqh please.

الجواب حامداومصليا

Any substance that has layers which prevents water from reaching to the skin like nail polish etc, Wudhu will not be complete. So if one has ink on their hands one can perform Wudhu as there are no layers.

ويجب أي يفرض غسل كل ما يمكن من البدن بلاحرج مرة كأذن الي اخره ولايمنع الطهارة ونيم أي خرء ذباب وبرغوث لم يصل الماء تحته وحناء ولو جرمه به يفتي ودرن ووسخ وكذا دهن ودسومة الي اخره ولايمنع ما علي ظفر صباغ ولاطعام بين أسنانه أو سنه المجوف به يفتي وقيل ان صلبا منع وهو الأصح
