It will not be permissible to work in this position as you will be aiding in customers interest transactions.

‌ۖ وَلَا تَعَاوَنُواْ عَلَى ٱلۡإِثۡمِ وَٱلۡعُدۡوَٲنِ

and do not help each other in sin and aggression.(5:1)

عن جابر رضي الله عنه قال لعن رسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم آكل الربا وموكله وكاتبه وشاهديه وقال سواء
(رواه مسلم باب الربا)

Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) cursed the one who consumes riba and the one who pays it, the one who writes it down and the two who witness it, and he said: they are all the same. (Muslim)

The principle is that any job within bank that has connection with interest transactions will be impermissible otherwise it will be permissible I.e. security guard, cleaner etc, which has no connection with interest transactions. But as a caution it is better to avoid.

يہ بنیاد ہے جسکی بنا پر علماء نے فتوی دیا ہے کہ بینک کی ایسی ملازمت جسمیں خود کویئ حرام کام کرنا نہ پڑتا ہوں جائز ہے البتہ احتیاط اسمیں ہے کہ اس سے بھی اجتناب کیا جاۓ
