Question: is ghusl necesssary
Assalamailkum mufti. Could you tell me if ghusl is necessary if a small amount of semen passes from the body,i.e small drops, not with passion.jazakallah.

Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

Ghusl is not necessary where sperm is discharged without passion (shahwah) however the semen is filthy, so parts of the body or clothing which has been soiled must necessarily be cleaned.
