Assalamu alaykum

What is the ruling concerning istikarah of a menstruating woman?

Bismihi Ta'ala

A woman who is menstruating should delay the Istikharah so she can follow the correct procedure of the two Raka'ah of Salaat and then recite the Du'a. This will be much more effectful.
