Bismillah

Al-jawab billahi at-taufeeq (the answer with Allah's guidance)

The Ismaa'eelis (Agakhaani) are an offshoot of the Raafidah (Shi'ah) and share some of their characteristics. Aga Khan is their supreme leader and, in their view, has characteristics and attributes similar to those of Allaah (May Allah protect us).

Also, there is scholarly consensus (Ijma`) that Ismailis are not Muslims, because of their denial of numerous things (i.e. Salah, Sawm, Hajj etc,) that are established by decisive texts of the Qur'an and Sunna, and are known to be necessary parts of Islam.

And Only Allah Ta'ala Knows Best.
