Question: MASTERBATE
A BROTHER ASKED ME THIS QUESTION THAT IF HIS WIFE IS IN HER PERIODS OR DOES NOT WANT TO HAVE SEXUAL INTERCOURSE AND THE HUSBAND IS VERY (IN OPEN WORDS) DESPERATE TO RELEASE HIS MANI(SPERM), CAN SHE MASTERBATE HIM TO RELEAVE HIM.

The wife masturbating the husband and vice versa actually falls in the category of foreplay which is permissible between the husband and wife. However, a man should exercise patience during these days.
