Question: Is it permissable to have the tooth cavity filled?
CAN A HANAFI GET HIS TOOTH CAVITY FILLED WITH CEMENT,SILVER,GOLD ETC? IF NOT THEN WHAT IS THE ALTERNATIVE BESIDES REMOVING THE AILING TOOTH?

It will be permissible with the following except gold. However, gold will only be permissible when it is absolutely necessary and no other alternative. (Al Hidaya, Book of detested things)
