| Assalaamu 'alaikum Respected 'ulema. I would like to refer to an answer you gave, which is as follows: Bismillah Al-jawab billahi at-taufeeq (the answer with Allah's guidance) Yes, to partake in Suhur and to pray Fajr Salah must be before sunrise. It is Mustahab (preferable) To partake of the pre-dawn meal (suhur) before fajr time enters. (Nurul Idhah Pg. 148) And Only Allah Ta'ala Knows Best. ------ If I am to understand this correctly inshaAllah, does this mean it is okay to continue eating even after the time for fajr has begun, and to do so until sunrise?
