Question: Deobandi scholar

What is your opinion on a young but recently very prominent Deobandi scholar Mufti Muhammad ibn Adam al-Kawthari of Leicester, UK? Is he and his works/fatawa reliable?

I do not know him personally but he has a sound learning and has studied under prominent scholars of Darul-Uloom Bury, then Mufti Taqi Uthmani and then under Scholars in Syria. He is reliable.
