No. women should just pierce the ears once. Also, to pierce the ears many times was not the way of the pious women of the past and will be regarded as a mutilation of the limbs which is prohibited. Women should pierce the ear on that part which is normally pierced. They should not imitate the fashions, ways, styles of the non-Muslims and transgressers (Fasiq).

Rasullulah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa salam) has said, "Whosoever impersonates a nation (other than Islam) will be (resurrected) from them on the day of judgment". (Sunan Abu Dawud)
