Question: Nike and kufr
Salaam
Is there any consensus that wearing nike is kufr considering the following:
a) the name is based of a false goddess
b) it is believed that the swoosh is based off the wing of the false goddess
c) in recent years nike produced a product that read "goddess of victory", I say this because some say the connotations of kufr have disappeared.

I ask because although it is easy for me to avoid wearing, i sometimes am asked to handle or pass on clothes that bear this name and/or logo to siblings or family.

Please distinguish between it being an act of kufr, and it being something impermissible but not kufr

Nike is well known as a sport branding rather than a religious symbol. It is permissible to wear and not a Kufr act.
