Assalam-o-Allaikum
1) I converted to islam 3 years ago and i am a left handed person. Since
i was a child i have been eating and drinking with my left hand and it is very difficult for me to switch to right hand as i have tried but too hard. Is it
permissible in Islam to eat and drink with left hand???
2) In Islam is it permissible for a husband to lick or taste or swallow the precum
and cum of his wife?
3) Does it break the nikkah between husband and wife if they do anal
sex?

It is superior to use the right hand for all noble matters, for this was the way of the Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam). Sayyida A'isha (RA) said that the he (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) liked to use the right in all matters.

In matters requiring dexterity, such as writing, there is no harm in a left-hander using their left hand. However, one should avoid eating with the left hand, because it is a specific Sunnah, and dignified conduct, to do so with the right hand.

unless there is some hardship in using the right hand, such as it being broken, or another similar excuse that causes difficulty in using it to eat with. As for using the left hand only to add food to a morsel, as is the habit with many people, that is not an excuse, and Allah knows best.

2) Oral sex is forbidden in Islam.

3) Anal sex is forbidden.

Allah Ta'ala says in the Qur'aan: 'Your wives are a tillage (farm) unto you, thus approach your tillage from wherever you wish.' (Baqarah Aayat223).

The Prophet (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) explained the meaning of the Aayat by saying that, 'Intercourse in the Vagina is permissible in any position which one desires to adopt.' From the front or rear, so long as intercourse during menstruation and anal sex does not take place, for these are Haraam. (Tafseer Fathul Qadeer; Shawkaani).

From the above, we understand that the husband may approach his wife from the front, sides or rear, all are permissible, as long as intercourse takes place in the vagina, and not in the anus. Know, that anal sex is a grave sin and is completely forbidden, regardless of whether the wife agrees to it or not. Doing it does not break the nikah, but you should immediately abstain from it and make sincere taubah.
