Masturbation of wife

Assalaamu 3laikum

Is it permissible for the husband to masturbate his wife when she is on menses? There would be no physical contact, but it would be done through clothes.

Al-Jawab Billahi At-Taufeeq (the answer with Allah's guidance)


The prohibited acts during menstruation is:

(a) actual intercourse;

(b) skin-to-skin contact between the woman's navel and knee.

Everything else is permitted, without exception, including full sexual gratification for the woman (without the above).


And Only Allah Ta'ala Knows Best.
