What type of divorce took place

After a lengthy fights I said to my wife ' our paths our thoughts are different we should get separated, I have nothing to do with you, I have no relationship with you ' then wife asked me what does this mean I said ' It means Divorce ' and I left away. MUFTI SAHAB Please guide me how many Talaq took place.

The above statement, “I have nothing to do with you, I have no relationship with you,” will constitute a divorce if he intends a divorce with it, as it is Kinaya (allusive word). So in the case scenario, one Talaq will occur as he confirmed what he meant with his statement.

لا يقع بها الطلاق الا بالنية أو بدلالة حال كذا في الجوهرة النيرة
