Christmas coloring

Assalamu aleykum I am a teacher at a public school in Germany and I teach art class in the second grade. Normally we decorate the class with our art based on the season and seasonal celebrations. I could avoid the celebration decoration until now. But now the teacher of that class and “owner” of the classroom wanted me to do some Christmas based coloring/ art to decorate her classroom with painted trees and so on. Is that in my case permissible? I hope to get an answer, since I am going to deal with that problem a lot of times. Jazakallahu khayran in advance.
