Tawaf

While performing umrah, can you do more than one tawaf? So, first I do a tawaf that's must for umrah, then I do 2 more tawaf before going into sahi to complete my umrah. Or should we do one tawaf and then go direct into sahi.

The actions of Umrah is to perform Tawaf and Sai’. To do Sai’ is Wajib. Delaying the Sai’ without excuse is Makruh and against the Sunnah. A valid excuse is when taking a rest before starting the Sai’ or regaining one’s strength etc.

To do Sai’ consecutively after the Tawaf of Umrah is Sunnah. So doing Nafal Tawaf after the Tawaf of Umrah and hence delaying Sai’ is Makruh and against the Sunnah.

It is better to perform your Nafal Tawaf as much you want after finishing your Umrah.

إذا فرغ من الطواف أي الطواف الذي بعده سعي فالسنة أن يخرج للسعي علي فوره أي ساعته من غير تأخير فإن أخره لعذر أي لضرورة أو ليستريح أي ليحصل له الراحة أو تعود إليه القوة فلا بأس به أي لا يكون مسيئا وإن أخره لغير عذر أي من استراحة وغيرها فقد أساء أي لتركه المولاة التي هي سنة بين الطواف والسعي ولا شيئ عليه أي من الجزاء بالدم او الصدقة......السعي المطلق بين الصفا والمروة واجب إجماعا علي الرجال والنساء

يطوف بالبيت تطوعا كلما بدا له ويصلي لكل أسبوع ركعتين وهو أفضل من تطوع الصلوة للآفاقي
