Excusable amount of impurity while in the state of ihram

Salaam, I have a question regarding the excusable amount of impurity found on Ihram clothing. Is it the same as when not in the state of Ihram (approximately 5-6 cm in diameter)? For example, if someone was asleep in the state of Ihram and after waking up discovered a small amount of pre-ejaculatory fluid was emitted, will Tawaf still be valid given the traces of the fluid on the Ihram that are smaller than the general excusable amount? What is the ruling regarding being free from impurities on clothing during Tawaf? Jazakallah khair
