I suffer a lot from waswas. Probably say the shahadah about 20 times a day due to waswas. I take about 10 minutes to do fardh wudhu because places like the start of jawline does not get wet. I laugh for no reason in salaah. I pass wind. I get bad thoughts. Salaah and wudhu are difficult for me. Before i started studying fiqh ,salaah was a source of peace but when i learnt stuff i realised that i was maybe a bit negligent. I try my best to stay away from sin. Theres just no happiness in my life. Please advise me. At work i take so long snd make a mess doing wudhu . At home my family are tired of me. I am so overwhelmed with waswas.

These evil thoughts are an attack from Shaitan- who knows you have Iman and the desire to please Allah.

إِنَّ كَیۡدَ ٱلشَّیۡطَـٰنِ كَانَ ضَعِیفًا
No doubt, the guile of Satan is feeble. (4:76)

Do not despair. Shaitan is hopeless, cursed and weak. Have hope in Allah through the goods deeds that you do, this will strengthen your Iman. Your Iman and good deeds are your protection.

Ignoring is key. Keep your mind active. Recite Quran daily. These thoughts will be dispelled of InshaAllah.

وَنُنَزِّلُ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ مَا هُوَ شِفَاءٌ وَرَحْمَةٌ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

“And We send down of the Qur'an that which is healing and mercy for the believers, but it does not increase the wrongdoers except in loss.(17:82)

Always make Du’a of Shifa. May Allah grant you Shifa, Ameen.

And Allah knows best
