Assalamoalaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuh

My dad has this fuzzy but beautiful Nasheed on a non-descript tape, and I would really really really like to get hold of a nice clean recording of it. I managed to find the transliterated lyrics online... it goes like this:
