Salam,
To briefly add all the points I came across from different articles and comments:
1) Quoting Adeel: After searching the Internet thoroughly, it was impossible to find any other video besides this. No other angles.
2) There are no images available for the alleged "miracle"
3) The recent fake claim in a village in Pakistan, Chakwal, about the footprint of the beloved Prophet (saw) appearing in someone's house had coverage all over the country. This has nothing. Nothing whatsoever.
4) Quoting Waqas:
No authenticity
No media coverage Internationally
No Media Coverage Locally ( Geo loves to promote things like this if REAL )
No Newspapers ever published a line on it.
No other video of the same incident .. It is not a small event to be REAL, people would have bowed in Sajda if something that is witness .. They are all normal because , crane and ropes are used ..
Dome is clearly going in a straight path ..
Human eye cannot see the ropes due to poor video quality, might be little editing and against the bright sky , ropes disappear from sight .
This is same that Magician Criss Angel use ropes and cranes to fly from one place to other and people think its real , actually its just illusion.
5) Quoting Vinay: That’s not Nepal, I can claim 100% because I am a Nepali. And, Nepal government always helps Muslim people in Nepal than their main stream believers Hindu and Buddhists
6) Many have also claimed that is Indonesia or Malaysia and not Nepal.
7) One explanation was that this was not a miracle at all. It was a simple placement of the dome at the highest point of a new Masjid and the locals gathered to see it. Their excitement was about the completion of the Minaar or the Masjid and typically in the tradition of Muslims since the dawn of mobile phones and internet, a story was made up to go with the video.
8) And finally, so the Imam has a dream, has time to tell the entire village/town about it and they all believe it and gather in hundreds. And then on such a claim, only one person had a Mobile phone to record it.
If any of this made sense, Muslims would be slightly less embrassing.
Reminding everyone of previous madness:
- Girl who kicked the Qur'aan and turned into this: http://www.classicalvalues.com/GirlDogHoax.jpg
This image was an Italian 'artists' sculpture
- The footprints of the holy Prophet (saw) in a house in Chakwal.
It was a print from a heavy large pot used for cooking a day or two before (lol)
- The video of an angel descending, sitting on the Ka'bah for a few minutes and then flying away
No other camera from the hundreds of High Definition surveilance cameras caught that except for the Mobile phone recording of that ONE person. It wasn't an angel, it was flood lights.
- The remains from the people of Hud or Nuh (AS) - http://scienceblogs.com/afarensis/071214-giant-skeleton_big.jpg
Amazing really, the story was even more amazing and more amazing above all was that Muslims believed it. This was a photoshop competition and the image was done by a user called IronKite. He even explains why the shovel in top man's hand has no end looks like a stick.
I'm sure there were many more but here's hoping this helps in any way. Once again, Jazakillah for posting this topic or I would not have got round to this.
Wassalam
