The evidence was clear as daylight and others were highlighting it in that thread.

Hyderabad:A closed-door meeting was held at Maahad Islamia, Shaheen Nagar which was attended only by the invited Muslim clerics from various parts of India. It was organized by Maulana Khalid Saifullah Rahmani. The meeting was attended by Maulana Arshad Madani (Jamiat-ul-Ulema), Maulana Abul Qasim Nomani (Director, Darul-Uloom Deoband), Maulana Syed Mahmood Madani (Secretary Jamiat-Ul-Ulema), Maulana Siddiqullah Chowdhary (Minister, West Bengal), Maulana Ashrafi Miyan Kachochvi, Maulana Tanveer Hashmi and others.

Maulana Sajjad Nomani could not attend the meeting due to unavoidable reasons. Maulana Badaruddin Ajmal sent his representative.

Authentic sources indicated that the decision not to file any documents for NRC, NPR was considered in the meeting.
Maulana Arshad Madani suggested that it is essential to review legal aspects. One of the important features of this meeting was that the local Muslim clerics were kept away from the meeting. The reason for this is to keep them away from the protest and to formulate the strategy for the future plan of action.

It was reported that a decision has been taken to keep the Muslims away from the process of NRC and NPR.

It was also decided to hold another meeting in New Delhi in which the leaders of all the Muslim groups will be invited.

This exercise is being taken in order to protect the constitution and to muster support from the common public.

I wish that was the case.

My impression is that our Jama-at-e-Islami boys merely got the opportunity to chant their favourite slogan.

In their programmes, including demonstrations, they always do that. Tera-mera rishta kya? La ilaha illallah.

In the present case Shashi Tharoor got scared! He made a silly post and people read him the orthodox meaning of the Kalima.

And to me that seems to be all at the moment.

Hurdles We Face From Our Own People

Please try to understand this FB comment:

United we stand divided we fall. Sharjeel should not give a Hindu Muslim colour to the anti CAA anti NRC agitation. By doing so he is making the job of BJP easier. The present agitation is an anti fascist agitation in which all Indians cutting across the lines of religion are participating . .
In such an atmosphere if someone starts taking about a Muslim party or Muslim leadership then he is definitely trying to ensure that Hindus do not take part in anti NRC agitation

Is there any Darul ifta in india which will be willing to give a verdict on this question

Since mere utterance of kalima of kufr under duress is permissible and Rohingya refugees are living under extreme physical and mental trauma, can they make use of the CAA in India and claim to be persecuted Hindus from Bangladesh to seek indian citizenship temporarily. And once they have a dignified life revert back to Islam

I suppose the question is about Faiz's Hum Dekhenge.
And I admit that you have a good question.
But there is a hitch.
The people using Faiz are the communists.
And for them Faiz is there poet.
It is more difficult to argue with them than the Saffron bigots.
The Reds live with the delusion that they are some sort of epitome of academic and intellectual discourse.
The Saffronite is sure that his perfidy will see him through.
The Red is sure that their discourse is supreme.
And both try to do us Muslims in.
