It keeps stopping for me, its constantly buffering 8kbs/sec.

In Ramadhan the quality was excellent and im using the same phone/laptop to listen on.

I just checked it, the original file is over 5 hours and only 20mb - 8kbps. Definitely will need splitting and maybe changing the encoding

It's not a player (on the right), it's just a link to the mp3 file. If you click the m3u link on IE, it'll open with your default player.

I got the normal popup saying download, accept etc.... I think it might just be glitch they need to fix.

The number of times I keep going down to win7 because of the difficulty and issues with 8. Anyways, we are their testers.

The downloading of mp3 is normal. It's not an IE issue.

If it starts download, it'll never end because the stream doesn't end so it'll just keep downloading and not open. This is the case with any live audio file link anywhere.

That's why i prefer to an embeded flash player, m3u link or simply right click the mp3 link, copy URL and play from your fav player. Every person's browser will behave differently depending on what plugins and players they have installed. When I checked google recently for this issue, there were hundreds of topics on people complaining about this lack of support on browsers to choose what you want to do with an mp3 link.

Jazakallah, that clears that up then.

Can't wait to be listening to our own radio from my pc. I do listen at work and it feels great to know that we have come so far in spreading the Deen. Wether it be via Talks, Quran, or Nasheeds. Alhumdulillah.

Soon we could have an hour dedicated to the 4 schools and the viewers can listen in on the topics they are reading about. Wow the implications of this stuff is brilliant.

I think I'll mention here that MSNS will tune into other streams and programs from anywhere in the world. Once we build the team, inshaAllah there'll be many programs especially in Ramadhan.

IF YOUR MASJID HAS LIVE STREAMS OF DAILY PROGRAMMES SUCH AS TAFSEER, PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT TIME AND WHAT DAYS, I JUST HAVE TO ADD IT AND THE SERVER WILL TAKE CARE OF THE REST INSHAALLAH. Jazakumullah
