1. Only add images that are made as avatars (100x100px or less) 2. Use an image editing software to resize it. Then upload it a image sharing website and choose "off-site avatar" and put the link to image in there Nevertheless, as promised, here's the resized avatar. I made 3 from it, original colour, grey and purple - grey I went for black and purple I went for navy but as original was orange, it brightened up a little. I guess it'll do
