Assalamu alaykum ww

I had an aquaintance tell me that she saw some hairs that were attributed to the Prophet(saw). She questioned the people exhibiting the hairs of the history behind their possesion of these strands of hair. But they called her 'wahabi' and accused her of spying.(It's a long story)

None the less, all my aquaintance knows is that it came from Birmingham, UK and she has asked me if I know of anything about these strands.

Does anyone know if there are hairs of the beloved prophet(saw) preserved in the UK?

There could ne a possibility that it has been gifted to them. If it is a lie, then they will pay big time.

The real hair was also used in a commercial about Hadhrat Khalid bin Walid (ra). It was dubbed as the most expensive commercial ever made. It was advertising the love of the Prophet (saw).
