Plenty of Halal restaurants out there that are owned by other sects that come under the category of non-muslim but are still called halal.

This is a major topic too. In fact it would be safer to eat that of Jews.

Jazakallahu khair.

You have submitted the following answer.
It is not permissible to eat the Zabiha of a Shi'a nor is it permissible to purchase meat from them.

Answered by Mufti Yaseen Shaikh - Answer Approved by Shaikhul Hadeeth Mufti Farooq
Please give me the references from Quran and Hadith. Why you consider shia's Zabiha haram, if they slaughter in the name of Allah as well?

It will not be permissible to consume the Zabiha of the Shi'a if the Shi'a Aqeedah (belief) does not agree with the Aqeedah of the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama'ah.

can we eat at Qadiani Restaurent if the chef there is sunni and he confirms that the meat is halal.

Can we see this situation when sahaba made Jahad against Kazzab Nabi and its follower

It is not permissible to eat at a Qadiani owned restaurant.

IFI (halal certifiers of subway who are based in Ireland) do not see any difference between the slaughter of Sunni Muslims or Shia.

Allah knows best why that is, but there is most definitely a huge Shia population in Ireland. www.shiamuslimsinireland.com/ And this could be the reason for this.

I am still waiting for the response from the head imam who works with IFI halal company.

Can Shiites and Ahmadis Certify any Meat to be Halaal?

www.understanding-islam.com/reader-articles/muslim-sects/...

Who are the Ahmadiyya or Ahmadis or Qadianis?
Mufti Ebrahim Desai of the JamiatulUlama South Africa has stated that Qadianis are not Muslims and It is incumbent upon every individual to inform his associates about Qadianis and every possible effort should be made to protect and safeguard innocent people from the net of Qadianis............

Who are the Shias, Shiites or Seceders?
They believe in that Ali bin Talib should be Prophet and First Caliph, there are twelve infallible Imams, another Quran, Sahaba are heretics; nauzubillah etc. "Abu Baseer reported that he said to Imam Ja'far, "O Abu Abdullah(Imam Ja'far as-Sadiq) What is Mus-haf Fatimah?" He replied "It is a Qur'an containing three times what is found in your copy of the Qur'an; yet by Allah, it does not contain even a single letter from your Qur'an. ( AlKafi vol.1 p.457 ) "Whoever sets up another Imam besides `Ali and delays `Ali's caliphate is a polytheist" ( AlKafi vol.10 p.55 ) "Alkafi among the four shia books (AlTahzeeb , Alkafi , AlIsTibSar , mun la YahDuruhu Alfaqeeh )

It was reported that often Abu Haneefah used to repeat the following statement about the Shi`ites, "Whoever doubts whether they are disbelievers has himself committed disbelief." ........

[color=#000000]As'salamu alaikum, my question is regarding a different topic. That is the question of salutal qadhas. Should one make up years of missed salahs due to negligence and not practicing Islam, and in my case, nearly 6 years? If yes, how should I go about them? If no, the madhab that I try to stick to so that I don't base my deen decisions on my own preferences, since I am just a layman, says that making up the missed fardh are a must (Hanafi).

Please provide your input on the matter. I am finding it difficult to make up. What my heart and mind says to do is continue to make tawbah for those past actions, and start on a clean slate where I pray as much fardh, sunnah, and nawfil salahs as I can so insh'Allah will see my efforts that way.

Jazak'Allah Khairan for your efforts! May Allah Ta'ala reward the Ulema and our elders, like yourself, who have striven to study this deen and keep it alive for generations to come.
