As brother Muadh says, the WHOLE experience should be be halal.

It's not that HMC is at fault, its just the owners.

Imagine going out for an Eid dinner with your work mates who aren't Muslim. You say to them "Come, let's have a Muslim experience". Then all of a sudden you walk into a HMC place, MTV playing on the plasma screens, waitresses dressed to temp etc etc. This work mate is gonna think, "Is this Islam?"

but if your trying to give them an muslim experience you would not take them into such a place in the first place :|. that would not be showing them what Islam is!
besides which is you want a whole halaal thing then you should ask them too! its not too hard asking a brother to turn off the tv and turn of the music and the waitresses you can give them naseehah.

Can anyione give an idea in how many restaurants went HMC for the deen and taqwa and how many went HMC for the money?.

If they say money, well end of discussion.
If they say deen, then why only partial deen. (Not in all cases) They want to eat, drink and feed halal, yet they want to dress, look haram.

Wallah it is like you are asking the Shaykh to take the Burden of the world upon his head! Do people not listen to the Shaykhs talks? besides which how many of these owners know what is right and what is wrong? most of them if not some of them! a little naseehah can go along way. yes they can give naseehah with the certificate but some people dont listen to that!

Looking like Muslims on one side, how many of them even pray. And I'm not talking about Jummah only.

Now don't tell me not everyone knows what's right and wrong.

Salah is the second pillar of Islam.

who are we to judge? that one brothers one jumu'ah could be so deep from the heart that this one jumu'ah is equal to all of which we have prayed! that one jumu'ah alone could be his straight entry of jannah and we do not know! Allah alone knows best what actions they do that are accepted as good deeds!
we as muslims should treat everyone equally, why judge? give naseehah and pray for the brother or sister that Allah guides us and them insha Allah.

that is what im saying most of them if not at least soem of them will know what is right and what is wrong! allah has given us free will to chose which path, that is upto each individual! but even after knowing what is right and wrong some people still need that naseehah.
and some people really dont know everything, when i went madrasah i met a girl who was 16 and didnt have a clue what salaah was and how to pray!

That does not mean one can justify not praying at other times.

you know what brother? its like talking to a brick wall! every little thing has to be said in each separate sentence. i am not saying that you can justify something like. of course you cant! salaah is fardh and will be till qiyamah. there is no doubt about that! my point of every thing i have said is if you think its wrong advice your muslim sister or brother, indirectly if you must, dont judge them!

Allah give me hidayah first and for most if i have said something wrong and Allah guide all those who are in the wrong Ameen.

tammat bil khair.

I apologise for the short replies. (I was driving back home)

Anyway, Jazakallah sister for your points and for defendindg your felow brothers and sisters in Islam. It is always better to look at others with a good opinion about them.

I'm sure they do pray Salah whilst the food is being prepaired and I'm sure they really dress Islamicly but work doesnt permit it.

InshaAllah, a little Naseehah will help.

But if their intentions are wrong, then help them Allah!
