Madinah = Israel

There is immense and diehard support for Israel amongst evangelical Christians, why is it you may ask? It is because the word Madinah has been borrowed into Hebrew and expanded.

The love Muslims have for Madinatur-Rasool (Sallallaho Alaihe Wassallam), the Jews and Christians have for Israel (as per the scripture).

www.thejc.com/judaism/jewish-words/medinah-1.8063

Medinah was originally an Aramaic word meaning the place of government, from the word din, law, with the connotation of a city. As Hebrew already had a word for city, it borrowed medinah to signify something broader, a province. Hence, the JPS translation of medinah in the above verse from Esther is in every province

Then further evolution occurred and the word Madinah (today) refers to the modern state of Israel.

Esther 8:17 “And in every province, and in every city, whithersoever the king's commandment and his decree came, the Jews had joy and gladness, a feast and a good day. And many of the people of the land became Jews; for the fear of the Jews fell upon them.

History:

Sarah Aggasi the young Jewish woman who scouted the King David Hotel for terrorist bombing Palestine.

Listen to her Interview to BBC from 52:05 (onwards), pay close attention otherwise you will miss her Hebrew reference to Israel.

Asslamo Allaikum (EXACTLY) in the bible

Luke 24:36-49 While they were still talking about this, Jesus himself stood among them and said to them, Peace be with you.

Women are forbidden from teaching to Men!

1 Timothy 2:12  “I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man; she must be quiet.

King James Version

1 Timothy 2:12  “But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.

Anti-Christ will have DAMAGED ONE EYE

Background (for Non-Christians):

Christians in the Church sermons give a lot of allegorical examples of a shepherd. A good shepherd is the one who looks after its flock while obviously the bad shepherd does not.

Zechariah is a book of prophesies and the good shepherd (Jesus) is mentioned previously and then the next description is about the bad shepherd. Pay particular attention these 3 sets of verses which are clearly predicting the Anti-Christ (i.e.) the opposite of Christ which according to (Christians) is kind, caring and looks after the flock.

Zechariah 11-15  “Then the Lord said to me, “Take again the equipment of a foolish shepherd"

Zechariah 11-16  “For I am going to raise up a shepherd over the land who will not care for the lost, or seek the young, or heal the injured, or feed the healthy, but will eat the meat of the choice sheep, tearing off their hooves."

Zechariah 11-15  “Woe to the worthless shepherd, who deserts the flock! May the sword strike his arm and his right eye! May his arm be completely withered, his right eye totally blinded!"

Anti-Christ will be given powers to deceive

Revelation 13:13-14  “And it performed great signs, even causing fire to come down from heaven to the earth in full view of the people. Because of the signs it was given power to perform on behalf of the first beast, it deceived the inhabitants of the earth. It ordered them to set up an image in honor of the beast who was wounded by the sword and yet lived.

Anti-Christ is being held back until he emerges!

2 Thessalonians 2:6-7  “And now you know what is holding him back, so that he may be revealed at the proper time. For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way.

Anti-Christ will claim to be God!

2 Thessalonians 2:4  “He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God.

Anti-Christ can only be killed by the breath of Jesus!

2 Thessalonians 2:8  “And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming.

Daughters are given away like possessions for Military victories!

Judges 1:12-13  “And Caleb said, “I will give my daughter Aksah in marriage to the man who attacks and captures Kiriath Sepher. Othniel son of Kenaz, Caleb’s younger brother, took it; so Caleb gave his daughter Aksah to him in marriage"

Old Testament Objection

Background (for Non-Christians):

Many Christians will read this thread and they will respond with an official PR line given to them in their Church which is:

You are quoting the OLD testament and this DOES NOT apply to us today.

Most Non-Christians do not know any better so they actually think that somehow the OLD Testament is actually abrogated. Because Muslims are not trained in Christian theology, they look at the bible in terms of Naasikh and Mansookh (similar to the Qur’aan).

Not so because Bible says:

Response (to Christians):

Isaiah 40:8  “The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever."

Question (to Christians):

Are you claiming that God’s word is no longer valid and has been lost?

  1. If your answer is “Yes” then we invite you to to Islam and to become Muslim
  2. If your answer is “No” then you own every single one of these verses

P.S: This verse is usually printed on most fancy bible on the cover.

Jesus will RETURN & Rule for 1000 years

Acts 1:11 “Men of Galilee,” they said, “why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven.”

Revelation 20:6 “‘Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years.

Don't be confused O Christians, this will happen!

2 Thessalonians 2:1-2 “Concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered to him, we ask you, brothers and sisters, not to become easily unsettled or alarmed by the teaching allegedly from us—whether by a prophecy or by word of mouth or by letter—asserting that the day of the Lord has already come.

Interest (Usury) in the bible: The Evolution

In the beginning...

Leviticus 25:36 “You are not to take interest or profit from him. Instead, you are to fear your God and let your relative live with you.”

Changed to permissible (to foreigners)...

Deuteronomy 23:19-20 “‘Thou shalt not lend upon usury to thy brother; usury of money, usury of victuals, usury of any thing that is lent upon usury: Unto a stranger thou mayest lend upon usury; but unto thy brother thou shalt not lend upon usury: that the Lord thy God may bless thee in all that thou settest thine hand to in the land whither thou goest to possess it."

Isareli Constitution (Latest Bible Translations)...

Deuteronomy 23:19-20 “Don’t charge your fellow Israelites interest—whether on money, provisions, or anything one might loan. 20 You can charge foreigners interest, but not your fellow Israelite. Do this so that the Lord your God blesses you in all your work on the land you are entering to possess."

Deuteronomy 23:19-20 “Don’t charge interest to your relatives, whether for money, food, or for anything that has been loaned at interest. 20 You may charge interest to a foreigner, but don’t charge interest to your relatives, so the Lord your God may bless you in everything you undertake in the land that you are about to enter and possess."

Deuteronomy 23:19-20 “Don’t charge your own people any interest. Don’t charge them when they borrow money, food or anything else. You can charge interest to people from another country. But don’t charge your own people. Then the Lord your God will bless you in everything you do. He will bless you in the land you are entering to take as your own."

Really mind blowing thread , i wonder whether even Christians/Jews believe in all these or at least understand what is said .
even some Christians/jews read the bible ( both old and new testament) and try to understand what is written honestly, then if they compare with القرآن الكريم i think they will start loving القرآن الكريم more than their own books.

They believe that Jesus علیه السلام fulfilled all these laws and they don't need to be practiced today.

Quote:
It is frequently argued that if Jesus did not 'abolish' the law, then it must still be binding. Accordingly, such components as the Sabbath-day requirement must be operative still, along with perhaps numerous other elements of the Mosaic Law. This assumption is grounded in a misunderstanding of the words and intent of this passage. Christ did not suggest here that the binding nature of the law of Moses would remain forever in effect. Such a view would contradict everything we learn from the balance of the New Testament (Romans 10:4; Galatians 3:23-25; Ephesians 2:15).

Of special significance in this study is the word rendered 'abolish.' It translates the Greek term kataluo, literally meaning 'to loosen down.' The word is found seventeen times in the New Testament. It is used, for example, of the destruction of the Jewish temple by the Romans (Matthew 26:61; 27:40; Acts 6:14), and of the dissolving of the human body at death (2 Corinthians 5:1). The term can carry the extended meaning of 'to overthrow,' i.e., 'to render vain, deprive of success.' In classical Greek, it was used in connection with institutions, laws, etc., to convey the idea of 'to invalidate.'

It is especially important to note how the word is used in Matthew 5:17. In this context, 'abolish' is set in opposition to 'fulfill.' Christ came '...not to abolish, but to fulfill.' Jesus did not come to this earth for the purpose of acting as an opponent of the law. His goal was not to prevent its fulfillment. Rather, He revered it, loved it, obeyed it, and brought it to fruition. He fulfilled the law's prophetic utterances regarding Himself (Luke 24:44). Christ fulfilled the demands of the Mosaic law, which called for perfect obedience under threat of a 'curse' (see Galatians 3:10, 13). In this sense, the law's divine design will ever have an abiding effect. It will always accomplish the purpose for which it was given.

If, however, the law of Moses bears the same relationship to men today, in terms of its binding status, then it was not fulfilled, and Jesus failed at what He came to do. On the other hand, if the Lord did accomplish His goal, then the law was fulfilled, and it is not a binding legal institution today. Further, if the law of Moses was not fulfilled by Christ'and thus remains as a binding legal system for today'then it is not just partially binding. Rather, it is a totally compelling system. Jesus plainly said that not one 'jot or tittle' (representative of the smallest markings of the Hebrew script) would pass away until all was fulfilled. Consequently, nothing of the law was to fail until it had completely accomplished its purpose. Jesus fulfilled the law. Jesus fulfilled all of the law. We cannot say that Jesus fulfilled the sacrificial system, but did not fulfill the other aspects of the law. Jesus either fulfilled all of the law, or none of it. What Jesus' death means for the sacrificial system, it also means for the other aspects of the law.
