Like the other brother said, it's not difficult to access YouTube in Pakistan.. it would be better if you can just do that next time. All it takes is a simple Google search. You can probably ask most people there too.

No need to consult a scholar. accessing banned sites is illegal by proxy or any other means within the country it's banned. using a proxy is not illegal except in UAE I think.

fS: What is your opinion about the aqeedah of Barelvis on Haazir naazir (Prophet SAS is present every where).

Salafi: It is SHIRK, SHIRK, SHIRK.

fS: You mean this sifath is ONLY for Allah SWT and there can be no shareek on this sifath.

Don't Argue About Where Is Allah, otherwise You Will Be Left Puzzled


Question:
(۱) کیا اللہ پاک ہر جگہ موجود ہے؟(۲) کیا اللہ پاک ایک ہی وقت میں ہر جگہ ہے؟(۳) کیا اللہ پاک ہر چیز میں موجود ہے؟


1. Is Allah present everywhere?
2. Is Allah everywhere ate the same time?
3. Is Allah present in everything?


Answer:
فتوی(ب): 1023=860-7/1432

(۱) جی ہاں اللہ تعالیٰ ہرجگہ ہے۔
(۲) جی ہاں ایک ہی وقت میں ہرجگہ موجود ہے۔
(۳) اللہ تعالیٰ ہرچیز میں موجود ہے۔ یہ تمام امور قرآنی آیات سے ثابت ہیں۔

واللہ تعالیٰ اعلم
دارالافتاء، دارالعلوم دیوبند

1. Yes Allah is present everywhere.
2. Yes He is present every where at the same instant.
3. Allah is present in every thing. All these things are proved from Qurani Verses.


And Allah The Exalted knows best

Another Question asking for the explanation for the above q:
س بات کا کیا مطلب ھے کہ اللہ ہر جگہ موجود ہے ،ھر چیز میں موجود ھے ،یہ بات میں نے آپ کے ایک فتوای میں پڑھی۔اگر پوری کائنات کو اکھٹا کرکے دیکھا جائے تو پوری کائنات ایک مکان کی طرح ھے جس میں زمین،سورج،چاند ستارے اور خلا ھے ،اور اس پوری کائنات(ایک مکان) کی ایک شکل بھی ھے اور ہر شکل محدود ھوتی ھے ۔تو جب کوئی کہے کہ اللہ ھر جگہ ھے تو اللہ کے لئے ایک شکل ثابت ھوگا جو کائنات کی شکل کا ھوگا اور ایک جسم ثابت ھوگا جو کائینات کے برابر ھوگا،کیونکہ اللہ ھر جگہ موجود ھے اور ھر چیز میں موجود ھے ۔ اس کے علاوہ ھر چیز میں موجود کھنے سے االلہ کا ھر چیز میں حلول بھی ثابت ھوگا۔ اور یہ جملہ بھی کہنا صحیح ھوگا کہ اللہ عرش پر بھی موجود ھے ،کیونکہ ھرجگہ موجود ھے ۔ اسکے علاوہ اسکا کیا مطلب ھے کہ کوئی مکان اللہ کو محیط نھیں ۔محیط اور احاطہ کا لفظ آپکے فتاوی میں اللہ کے بارے میں عقائد کے سلسلے میں کافی مستعمل ملا، جب اللہ کے بارے میں بولا جائے تو ان الفاظ کا کیا مطلب ھے ۔اللہ تعالی ھر چیز کو محیط ھے اس کا کیا مطلب ھے اور کیا یہ کھنا صحیح ھے ؟ امید ھے کہ تسلی بخش جواب دینگے ۔ آپ کے فتوای کی نقل یہ ھے (۱) کیا اللہ پاک ہر جگہ موجود ہے ؟(۲) کیا اللہ پاک ایک ہی وقت میں ہر جگہ ہے ؟(۳) کیا اللہ پاک ہر چیز میں موجود ہے ؟ ۔فتوی(ب) فتوی(ب): 1023=860-7/1432: 7/1432-860=1023 (۱) جی ہاں اللہ تعالیٰ ہرجگہ ہے ۔ (۲) جی ہاں ایک ہی وقت میں ہرجگہ موجود ہے ۔ (۳) اللہ تعالیٰ ہرچیز میں موجود ہے ۔ یہ تمام امور قرآنی آیات سے ثابت ہیں۔


What is its meaning that Allah is present everywhere and He is present in everything. I read this in one of your fatawa. If we see all the universe, it is like a place (makaan). In which there is earth, sun, moon, stars and vacuum. And also all this universe has a particular shape. And every shape is limited (mehdood). If anyone says that Allah is everywhere, then this will prove a shape for Allah that will be similar to the shape of this universe. And a body will be proved that will be of the size of the universe, because He is present everywhere and in everything. In addition to it, by saying that He is present in everything, will also prove the hulool (mixing) with everything. And this sentence will also be correct that He is present on Arsh ....................... upto end.

Answer:
Fatwa ID: 936-932/B=10/1436-U
سابقہ فتوی بالکل صحیح ہے جمہور علماء اسی کے قائل ہیں۔ یہ مسئلہ اعتقاد وایمان سے متعلق ہے ہمیں یہی عقیدہ رکھنا چاہیے اس کی حقیقت اور ماہیت انسانی فہم سے بالاتر ہے، اللہ تعالیٰ عرش پر مستوی ہوتے ہوئے ہرجگہ موجود ہے۔ تمام مفسرین نے اس کی حقیقت سمجھنے میں ہتھیار ڈال دئے اور یہ کہنے پر مجبور ہوئے اللہ أعلم بمرادہ بذلک یعنی اللہ تعالی کس طرح عرش پر ہے اور کس طرح ہرجگہ موجود ہے یہ اسی کو معلوم ہے ہم اس کی کنہ اور حقیقت کو نہیں سمجھ سکتے۔
اللہ عرش پر ہوتے ہوئے ہرجگہ موجود ہے ہمیں یہی ایمان رکھنا چاہیے، اس کی حقیقت سمجھنے کے پیچھے نہ پڑنا چاہیے۔

The previous fatwa is cent percent correct. Majority of Scholars hold this belief. This masla is about A'itiqaad and Imaan. We should hold this aqeeda. Its haqeeqat and shape is above the intellect of Humans. Allah the exalted is present everywhere whilst being mustawi on Arsh. [color=#FF0000]In understanding its haqeeqat all mufassereen have surrendered their weapons (i.e. even they can't understand its truth), and are forced to say that "Allah knows best the meaning of it". i.e. How Allah is present on Arsh and how He is present everywhere, only He (Allah) knows this. We can't understand it's haqeeqat.[/color]
Allah is present every where whilst being on arsh. We should hold this belief and should not run behind understanding its haqeeqat.

سوال: بعض مسلمان یہ کہتے ہیں کہ اللہ تعالیٰ گویا ہرچیز میں حلول کیے ہوئے ہے اس میں ہمارے حضرات اکابر کا کیا مسلک ہے؟
جواب: اللہ تعالیٰ کسی چیز میں حلول کیے ہوئے نہیں ہے، مگر وہ سب کے ساتھ ہے اور سب کے نزدیک ہے اور سب کو محیط ہے؛ لیکن کیفیت اس کے قرب ومعیت اور احاطہ کی ہم نہیں سمجھ سکتے۔ (فتاوی دارالعلوم: ۱۸/ ۱۰۷،ط: دارالعلوم)

Some Muslims say that Allah The Exalted is mixed (hulool) with every thing. What is the maslak of Akabir regarding this?
Answer: Allah Taala has not done hulool with anything. But He is with everyone and He is close to everyone and He has surrounded/covered (i.e. done ihaata of) everything. But we can't understand the kaif of His closeness, maiyat and ihaata. (fatawa darul uloom 70/18, taba'at darul uloom)
