As-Salaam alaikum,
In ayat 151 of Surat Baqra of the Holy Qur'an (2:151), Allah Ta'ala says:--

"..JUST AS WE HAVE SENT AMONG (within) YOU A MESSENGER OF YOUR
OWN, RECITING TO YOU OUR SIGNS, AND PURIFYING YOU, AND TEACHING
YOU THE BOOK (Qur'an) AND WISDOM, AND TEACHING YOU NEW KNOWLEDGE,
THAT WHICH YOU DID NOT KNOW."

Note that Allah says 'feekum'... describing it that the Prophet, Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam, 'feekum'... is with you, but some don't have the eyes to see it. If you look through your heart, the Prophet, Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam, would be right there.

When you/we give the 'aazan 5 times a day, we bear witness that there is no god but Allah. And we also [must therein] bear witness that MUHAMMAD is the Messenger of Allah, otherwise the aazan will be incomplete.

In our Sallah, we say: 'Assalamu alaika ayyuhan-Nabi... (Peace be upon you, O Prophet)' before we close the Sallah. 'Assalamu alaika' is in the present tense... meaning that our soul is in the present (at that time) facing the Prophet, alaihis-Salaat Was-Salaam.

Indeed, whenever we recite the Kalimat-Tayyib: 'Ashadu an La Ilaha illallah, Wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan abduhu Wa Rasuluhu.. ' I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is the servant and the Messenger of Allah' we (therein) have to mention the name of this Noble person, Muhammadu, the Messenger of Allah, sent as Mercy to all...

"WE DID NOT SEND YOU, EXCEPT AS A MERCY TO CREATION" (21:107)

Allahumma Salli ala Sayyaduna Muhammad, an-Nabiy Ummiy,
Wa ala ahlihi, Wa ashabihi, Wa-Sallim Tasliman-Kasiraa.

Those battles in which Rasulullah Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam led the army of Islam in person, are called “Ghazwa” and those expeditions which he sent out from Medina under the command of any one of his companions, are called “Sariyya”.

Means in expeditions where he was NOT PRESENT AND HE APPOINTED SOME ONE ELSE TO LEAD is called "Sariyya"

With all due respect brother, please change the title of the thread. (Otherwise further action may be taken)

It is incorrect and misleading. Your post, although correct, you have misunderstood it!

You can now be accused of insulting the prophet (pbuh) by any one of millions of ignorant muslims who decide you just compared the prophet (pbuh) to satan, and so be liable for instant execution.

Anyone defending you, or your right to explain yourself, or your right to retract and repent is also liable to be assassinated at any time. Even if a mistake is made, it's all justified because it's all in the name of the honour of the prophet (pbuh). There's no need for rule of law or procedure when it comes to this highest form of ghairat.

It's a free for all. Trial by public and trial by media or whichever way you're found guilty, I'm sorry, it's over for you.

On a more serious note, Junayd Jamshed was not too far from being trialled by the public and sentenced for blasphemy. A Hadd assassination of him would've been widely praised and the assassin made into a hero. In future it can happen to anyone.

I'm sorry if my post went well and far over your head. I even said "On a more serious note" to indicate I was joking/ being sarcastic if wasn't so obvious already.

My point is that the system that seems to be in vogue nowadays is that any ignorant Muslim or group of Muslims can accuse you of blasphemy and then suddenly your life is turned upside down and under threat. There's no chance to explain yourself or repent and if anyone is foolish enough to try and uphold your right to do so, then his life also becomes under threat.

The fiasco that happened with Junayd Jamshed is a good example. A good portion of the ignorant public already decided he's guilty regardless of his apologies and retraction. If anyone were to assassinate Junayd or assassinate anyone who defended him, then that assassin would've been widely proclaimed as a hero/Shaheed who sacrificed his life/freedom for the honour of the prophet (pbuh).
