Aqeedah about Allah (SWT) being unlike creation:
Barelwees are perhaps referring to this verse of the Qur'aan which talks about Allah (SWT) being Nur:
ٱللَّهُ نُورُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٲتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ مَثَلُ نُورِهِۦ كَمِشۡكَوٰةٍ۬ فِيہَا مِصۡبَاحٌۖ ٱلۡمِصۡبَاحُ فِى زُجَاجَةٍۖ ٱلزُّجَاجَةُ كَأَنَّہَا كَوۡكَبٌ۬ دُرِّىٌّ۬ يُوقَدُ مِن شَجَرَةٍ۬ مُّبَـٰرَڪَةٍ۬ زَيۡتُونَةٍ۬ لَّا شَرۡقِيَّةٍ۬ وَلَا غَرۡبِيَّةٍ۬ يَكَادُ زَيۡتُہَا يُضِىٓءُ وَلَوۡ لَمۡ تَمۡسَسۡهُ نَارٌ۬ۚ نُّورٌ عَلَىٰ نُورٍ۬ۗ يَہۡدِى ٱللَّهُ لِنُورِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَيَضۡرِبُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡأَمۡثَـٰلَ لِلنَّاسِۗ وَٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَىۡءٍ عَلِيمٌ۬
[24:35] Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The example of His light is that of a niche, in which there is a lamp; the lamp is in a glass – the glass looks like a brilliant star – it is lit by (the oil of) a blessed tree, the olive, which is neither eastern, nor western. Its oil is about to emit light even though the fire has not touched it – (it is) light upon light. Allah guides to His light whomsoever He wills; Allah describes examples for the people, and Allah knows everything well.
HOWEVER we (as Muslims) are NOT SUPPOSED to speculate about Allah (SWT) and try to comprehend because Allah (SWT) is nothing like the Creation...
لَيۡسَ كَمِثۡلِهِۦ شَىۡءٌ۬ۖ وَهُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلۡبَصِيرُ
[42:11] ... Nothing is like Him. And He is the All-Hearing, the All-Seeing.
So you shouldn't discuss this matter with anyone, simply confirm your belief in Allah (SWT) and say that he is NOTHING like the creation!
Aqeedah about Sayyidina Rasul-ullah (Sallaho Alaihe Wassallam) being human:
Sayyidina Rasul-ullah (Sallaho Alaihe Wassallam) is very clearly human as stated in the QUr'aan
قُلۡ إِنَّمَآ أَنَا۟ بَشَرٌ۬ مِّثۡلُكُمۡ يُوحَىٰٓ إِلَىَّ أَنَّمَآ إِلَـٰهُكُمۡ إِلَـٰهٌ۬ وَٲحِدٌ۬ۖ فَمَن كَانَ يَرۡجُواْ لِقَآءَ رَبِّهِۦ فَلۡيَعۡمَلۡ عَمَلاً۬ صَـٰلِحً۬ا وَلَا يُشۡرِكۡ بِعِبَادَةِ رَبِّهِۦۤ أَحَدَۢا
[18:110] Say, .Surely, I am but a human being like you; it is revealed to me that your God is the One God. So the one who hopes to meet his Lord must do righteous deed and must not associate anyone in the worship of his Lord..

In my humble and unqualified opinion Shaykh Allamah Muhammad Sarfaraz Khan Safdar (RA) is NOT confirming anything of the sort what is being asked whatsoever...
The Ulamah of Deoband believe that Sayyidina Rasul-ullah (Sallaho Alaihe Wassallam) is N-U-R in the sense that he brought guidence.

Shaykh Yahya Ninowy (HA) states in his lectures on Aqeedah Tahawiyyah that anyone who believes that Sayyidina Rasul-ullah (Sallaho Alaihe Wassallam) is Nur (as in lights and photons) is a K-A-A-F-I-R
Anyone who believes that Sayyidina Rasul-ullah (Sallaho Alaihe Wassallam) being is somehow broken from a part of Allah (SWT)'s being (Nur etc) is also a K-A-A-F-I-R
