As-Salaam alaikum,
The Noble Messenger of Allah, Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam, said:--

"The hour will not arise until the earth is filled with oppression and injustice
and enmity, then from among my progeny one will come out who fills the
earth with fairness and justice, just as it was filled with injustice and enmity." (Al-Hakim in his Mustadrak)

He also said, Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam:--

"There will come a time upon a people when nothing remains from Islam
except its name." (Bayhaqi)

Looking around the globe today, one could say that we only have darkness and oppression. The Holy Qur'an is virtually in every house, Muslim and Non-Muslim. A sizeable number of our brothers (Muslims) keep the Qur'an, but on the shelf. Non-Muslims are curious to know, they read some pages, they do NOT understand and they say 'this is terrorism', but the Glorious Book is full of Allah's Commands... it is the Constitution of Heaven. Keeping to its injunctions is what our Creator wants, that is why the Qur'an was revealed... not for 'alims or 'ulama to be competing among themselves for worldly honours and recognition.

Mufti Rafi Uthmani DB says "All signs for arrival of Immam Mahdi AS have appeared, except Turkey falling to nasaarah, narration on that sign is also not so strong"

I am hearing from many scholars, arrival of Imam Mahdi is any time from now on.

Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As:

When we were around the Messenger of Allah (ï·º), he mentioned the period of commotion (fitnah) saying: When you see the people that their covenants have been impaired, (the fulfilling of) the guarantees becomes rare, and they become thus (interwining his fingers). I then got up and said: What should I do at that time, may Allah make me ransom for you? He replied: Keep to your house, control your tongue, accept what you approve, abandon what you disapprove, attend to your own affairs, and leave alone the affairs of the generality.

  1. Mufti Rafi Usmani (HA) wrote a foreword to an Urdu book called "Daur-e-Hazir Hadeeth Kay Ainay Main" which claims that Y2K is the end of the world and Mehdi is about to emerge. This was before Year 2000, 18 years have gone!
  2. Allamah Suyuti [1445-1505] predicted emergence in his time.
  3. Other have also predicted such things before
  4. Many have shared their Kashf and many have known to have met the child (50 years ago)

This is a regular occurrence among the Sufees and the predictions come with regularity and frequency. The problem is that only Allah Ta’ala knows when Mahdi will emerg e as nobody knows the future except Allah.

It could be tomorrow. It could be in 200 or 2000 years

I Add to this;

Some one elite was saying that "Imam Mahdi AS is not like our pious ulema etc. He will be a Army General, because it requires military expertise to counter present fitna".

The reply for this is, after he is chosen leader, Overnight Allah will give Ilm-e-luboodi, to lead against oppressors.

Maulana Maududi (RA) said that he will be a smart politician, Tableeghees say that he will be a Tableeghi. Mujaddid Alf Thani (RA) has said that he will be a Naqshbandi-Mujaddidi. Some Chishti Ulama have said that he will be Chishti...

once again nothing new.

Neither he will tablighi, naqshbandi, or any such silsila, deobandi, nor he shall be from any madhab. As I said Allah SWT will guide him through his own ilm to fight the oppressors. Before that he shall unite all the ahle-haq.

But as the followers of maududi say, he shall not be a politician or an army general.

Did I say that he will be any of them? By the same token why can't he be a Sufi or Tableeghi?

All possibilities exist

Allah knows best.

tablighi, sufi, deobandi etc are all ahle haq. But as I heard of ulema, he will not carry a tag. He will unite all the ahle haq. One of the signs of his appearance is; worst divide among ahle haq.

It is possible to be all of them and not have a Tag as I am saying leave the matter of Allah Ta'ala.

They are claiming that he will belong to them and you are claiming that he will not be, both sides are equal fanatics in their position.

He will be whatever Allah Ta'ala wills and permits.

For the 3rd time.

You don't need to carry a TAG just because you happen to be inspired from a movement. What happens if the TAG is Haqq or closest to Haqq?

Anyways, you win man. You win...

Lets not do this for 40 replies.
