Fixed.
It’s not scary at all. Its standard practise & Sunnah guidance . People make mistakes and they should acknowledge and move on. Our Akabir were firm on this matter. Humans make mistakes. We should be cautious, have Taqwa nevertheless mistakes will occur.
Its common-sense, if you give Bayans, write, refute for decades you are going to make mistakes no matter how careful you are.
The only people who freak out are the Sufees and South Africans. The Sufees and South Africans will have us frozen in fear and inaction. We can shut shop sit at home and let the Bid’atees, Shia, Qadiyanees, Madkhalees, Modernists, Secularists, Atheists, run AMOCK and do NOTHING for the fear of making mistakes
VS
Sunnah tells us that it is in our nature to make mistakes!
Girte hein shahsawar hi maidan-e-jung me
Wo tifl kea gere jo ghutno ke bal chale
And what I am saying is that despite Taqwa, caution, knowledge we will make mistakes as mentioned and stated by Allah (SWT) and His Rasool (Sallallaho Alaihe Wassallam).
Then what I am saying is due to the avalanche of Fitnahs in our time (from all directions) we wish that Imam Bukhari (RA) was available to respond and defend to every conceivable Fitnah but we do not have this luxury (unfortunately). The Fitnah (perceived) by our (Deoandi) Ulama revolves around Tassawuff & Talqeed and everything else is not considered worthy of their time (most of the time). Whether we have Sisi in Egypt, Asaad in Syria or Abdu-Bakr Baghdadi in Iraq as long as Darul-uloom has enough funding to pay its bills and salaries there are plenty of Bayans on Tassawuff & Tableegh; Islam is prospering and flourishing.
In the present circumstances Junaid Jamshaids, Dr Tamim (RA)s and Maripats (who live in this world) will grieve and react to try to defend the honour of this Ummah & Islam and by the very nature of the challenge will make mistakes. The effort to defend Allah (SWT), his religion, His Rasool (Sallallaho Alaihe Wassallam) is based on sincerity but if after spending 8-10 years in a Darul-uloom if the Ulama don’t know how to handle XYZ effectively then laymen (who are driven by a sincere desire) will react and make mistakes.
If Fitnah was being effectively countered and responded to (then laymen) wouldn’t get involved as there will be no need!
Allah (SWT) will forgive if believers make mistakes because their intention is sincere and Allah (SWT) will guide them to repent and seek Istaghfaar when errors are pointed out.
The Sufees and Ulama of South Africa will merely paint the town with the mistakes of the believers, mock, jest and apply sarcasm OR remain frozen in fear. Every time a mistake occurs (which is natural) this group will shout at the top of the voice, “Look! Mistake! That’s what we were saying….”
Junaid Jamshaid will go on to probably make mistakes and as long as he realises, listens to others and repents; no damage done!
Junaid Jamshaid and Shaykh (Maulana) Tariq Jameel (HA) are addressing segments of societies which the goody-two-shoes Sufees and South Africans merely MOCK! We (strongly) disagree with Aamir Khan but we also realise what Shaykh (Maulana) Tariq Jameel (HA) did and why Junaid Jamshaid is issuing statements about Imran Khan etc. We (strongly) disagree with Ismaili (Aga Khanees) but we also see why Shaykh (Maulana) Tariq Jameel (HA) went to Gilgit to a Shia centre
May disagree but understand and also understand that during Dawah (heat of the moment) words escape from the mouth. You have to be on stage being questioned by Journalists who are braying for Islam and eager to catch you out to understand that these mistakes will happen.
Lastly, Junaid Jamshaid is not a graduate of a Darul-uloom but he is not an idiot! Ignorance here is being referred as part of humility and not to be taken on face value. We are all ignorant and may Allah (SWT) keep us that way (Ameen) but it doesn’t translate to being an idiot!
This cannot be undone and I am sure it will be greatly appreciated.
