السّلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

I dont know whats the thing exactly that was said by JJ but it seems to be big so Ml Tariq Jameel db has issued a clarification and has NOT defended him at all ...which is good.

m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1534813490096217&id=1...

Or just type: maulana Tariq Jameel an important clarification about junaid jamshed in Google.

Issued in public interest because Tabligh attracts a lot of armchair pundits ready with their keyboards.

جزاكُمُ اللهُ خيراً و أحسن الجزاء

وعليكم السلام و رحمة الله و بركاته

It’s not scary at all. Its standard practise & Sunnah guidance . People make mistakes and they should acknowledge and move on. Our Akabir were firm on this matter. Humans make mistakes. We should be cautious, have Taqwa nevertheless mistakes will occur.

Its common-sense, if you give Bayans, write, refute for decades you are going to make mistakes no matter how careful you are.

The only people who freak out are the Sufees and South Africans. The Sufees and South Africans will have us frozen in fear and inaction.  We can shut shop sit at home and let the Bid’atees, Shia, Qadiyanees, Madkhalees, Modernists, Secularists, Atheists, run AMOCK and do NOTHING for the fear of making mistakes

VS

Sunnah tells us that it is in our nature to make mistakes!

erm all i meant was its scary that out of ignorance one can make a mistake and be removed from the fold of Islam....at least with humility one is brought back on track.

Not sure what sufees and south africans have to do with it

And what I am saying is that despite Taqwa, caution, knowledge we will make mistakes as mentioned and stated by Allah (SWT) and His Rasool (Sallallaho Alaihe Wassallam).

Then what I am saying is due to the avalanche of Fitnahs in our time (from all directions) we wish that Imam Bukhari (RA) was available to respond and defend to every conceivable Fitnah but we do not have this luxury (unfortunately). The Fitnah (perceived) by our (Deoandi) Ulama revolves around Tassawuff & Talqeed and everything else is not considered worthy of their time (most of the time). Whether we have Sisi in Egypt, Asaad in Syria or Abdu-Bakr Baghdadi in Iraq as long as Darul-uloom has enough funding to pay its bills and salaries there are plenty of Bayans on Tassawuff & Tableegh; Islam is prospering and flourishing.

In the present circumstances Junaid Jamshaids, Dr Tamim (RA)s and Maripats (who live in this world) will grieve and react to try to defend the honour of this Ummah & Islam and by the very nature of the challenge will make mistakes. The effort to defend Allah (SWT), his religion, His Rasool (Sallallaho Alaihe Wassallam) is based on sincerity but if after spending 8-10 years in a Darul-uloom if the Ulama don’t know how to handle XYZ effectively then laymen (who are driven by a sincere desire) will react and make mistakes.

If Fitnah was being effectively countered and responded to (then laymen) wouldn’t get involved as there will be no need!

Allah (SWT) will forgive if believers make mistakes because their intention is sincere and Allah (SWT) will guide them to repent and seek Istaghfaar when errors are pointed out.

The Sufees and Ulama of South Africa will merely paint the town with the mistakes of the believers, mock, jest and apply sarcasm OR remain frozen in fear. Every time a mistake occurs (which is natural) this group will shout at the top of the voice, “Look! Mistake! That’s what we were saying….”

  1. Mistakes are part of life
  2. May Allah (SWT) forgive us all (Ameen)

Junaid Jamshaid will go on to probably make mistakes and as long as he realises, listens to others and repents; no damage done!

Junaid Jamshaid and Shaykh (Maulana) Tariq Jameel (HA) are addressing segments of societies which the goody-two-shoes Sufees and South Africans merely MOCK! We (strongly) disagree with Aamir Khan but we also realise what Shaykh (Maulana) Tariq Jameel (HA) did and why Junaid Jamshaid is issuing statements about Imran Khan etc. We (strongly) disagree with Ismaili (Aga Khanees) but we also see why Shaykh (Maulana) Tariq Jameel (HA) went to Gilgit to a Shia centre

May disagree but understand and also understand that during Dawah (heat of the moment) words escape from the mouth. You have to be on stage being questioned by Journalists who are braying for Islam and eager to catch you out to understand that these mistakes will happen.

Lastly, Junaid Jamshaid is not a graduate of a Darul-uloom but he is not an idiot! Ignorance here is being referred as part of humility and not to be taken on face value. We are all ignorant and may Allah (SWT) keep us that way (Ameen) but it doesn’t translate to being an idiot!

I personally feel bhai Junaid Jamshed is turning a little too much into a free spirit, and thus his media presence should be regulated/moderated by some elder of his (either Mawlana Tariq Jameel, Mufti Taqi Usmani or some TJ elders) more strictly. This opinion is not based on this incident as Barelwis and Shias just tried to blow the whole thing out of proportion and we all couldn't care less about their opinion. If it was not for this incident, they would have found 100 other reasons to scream at us filth from top of their lunges. So like Muadh Khan said, he erred, he was told so, he listened, he repented and he asked for forgiveness... so this case is closed! But in general I get an uneasy feeling when seeing his media apparences... Wallahu 'Alam.

I agree with ml. Irshad.

The "andaaz" was only different but he was just narrating a hadith. Yes Sayyida Aisha wanted attention from the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam), which person would not like to have attention from the Prophet? Which wife does not want attention from her husband? And yes women have a bented rib and you can not change her in context of that hadith.

With his repentance the masses seem to understand he did something major, like kufr or insulting while this wasn't the case at all! Lots of drama-bazi just because the Barelwis have highlighted it on the net.

The hypocrite barelwis have suddenly jumped on the wagon but have never opened their mouth against the insulting Shia or even to their Alahazrat when he described Sayyida Aisha with "tight fitting clothes" etc.

Obviously Mufti Irshaad sahab is right in his analiysis, but you must understand that (Mawlana Tariq Jameel &) bhai Junaid Jamshed opted for the TJ strategy of "apologizing and avoiding arguments (even if right)". Especially since Mawlana Tariq Jameel's work amongst Barelwi and Shia circles was at stake, it was a very clever move and the correct approach in light of their objectives. Off course a (non-TJ) scholar will tackle the issue from a different, more academic angle. Besides that to be honest the whole situation in the clip gave a notion of mockery, even though with a little husn dhan every sound mind would come to the conclusion that no mockery was intended. But since JJ apologized it does not really matter. I wish we can just move on, let those with crooked hearts continue ruining their Akhirah but we should have a calm soul and mind about this and please move on...

The Tariq Jameel video does not seem authentic. The voice in the clip is out of sync with lip movements.

Maulana Tariq Jameel issues all statements on his alh website.

This one is most probably fake.
