Sunnah: taking care of the needs (medicines, food and drink) of the sick (Tirmidhi).

Sunnah: Staying away from things which are harmful to health (Tirmidhi)

Sunnah: Not forcing those who are I'll to eat and drink if they are not willing (Mishkat)

Assalamu 'alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh

Since it is Ramadhan, and the Qur'an Majeed is recited abundantly, lets also consider the easy Sunnats, so that our rewards increase even more إِن شَآءَٱللَّه

If you consider the Mondays, Thursdays and White days (13,14,15 of the month), إِن شَآءَٱللَّه, more reward can be gained for adhering to those Sunnats as well as the reward of a whole year fasts!

Asalamo Alaikum.
🍂- "Muharram is Allaah's (SWT) Month" (Bukhaari & Muslim)

🍂- "Muharram is 1 of the 4 most sacred Months" (Soorah Taubah, Aayah 36) & (Bukhaari & Muslim)

🍂- "The best fasts after Ramadhaan, are those in Allaah's month, Muharram" (Bukhaari & Muslim).

🍂- "1 fast in Muharram, equals the reward of 30 fasts" (Tabraani & Targheeb).

🍂- "1 year's minor sins are forgiven by fasting on Aashoorah" (Bukhaari & Muslim).

🍂- "Rasoolullaah (SAW) most preferred to fast on Aashoorah" (Bukhaari).

🍂- "Rasoolullaah (SAW) encouraged the fast of Aashooraah" (Aboo Daawood)

🍂- "To fast on Aashoorah is also the Sunnah of Hadhrat Moosaa (AS)" (Muslim).

🍂- "But to oppose (be different from) the Jews & Christians, one should fast on 9th & 10th of Muharram" (Muslim).

🍂- "Or one can fast on the 9th & 10th Muharram or the 10th & 11th of Muharram" (Bayhaaqi).

🍃So, to get these rewards, try to InshaaAllaah fast as much as you can in Muharram, especially the combination of Aashoorah fasts. Also encourage others because:-

🍂- "Whoever revives a Sunnah from my Sunnah and the people practice it, will have the same reward of those who practice it without their reward diminishing" (Ibn Maajah)
