The Dua performed in the Haramain vary and there are many many duas they recite.

This is the most common Dua they start with.

Allaahummahdinaa feeman hadait (Aameen),

Wa 'aafinaa feeman 'aafait (Aameen),

Watawallanaa feeman tawallait (Aameen),

Wabaarik lanalla feemaa a'atait (Aameen),

Waqinaa sharra maa qadait (Aameen),

Fa-innaka taqdie walaa yuqdaa 'alaik (Haqqaa),

Wa-innahu laa yadhillu man waalait, walaa ya'izzu man 'aadait (Haqqaa),

Tabaarakta rabbanaa wata'aalait (Yaa Allaah),

Lakal-hamdu 'alaa maa qadait (al-Hamdulillaah),

Nastaghfiruk-allaahumma wanatoobu ilaik (Astaghfirullaah).

Oh Allaah guide us along with those whom you have guided,

And pardon us along with those who you have pardoned,

Be an ally to us along with those whom you have allied with,

And bless us Oh Allaah with that which you have bestowed upon us,

And save us from the evil of what you have decreed,

For indeed you decree and none can influence you,

And he is not humiliated whom you have befriended, nor is he honoured who is your enemy,

Blessed are you, O Lord and Exalted,

To you is all the Praise on what you have decreed,

We seek your forgiveness Oh Allaah and turn in repentance to you.

W-Salam,

There are 2-3 separate issues to discuss:

  1. Arab Spring
  2. Situation in Syria: Where for decades a suppress Alawai (Rafidhi/Shia) regime are suppressing Sunnees
  3. US/Israeli Plan for the region and Greater Israel

There is no doubt that "Arab Ulamah" are being manipulated as they are making a lot of noise on Syrian Issue when they hardly say anything about their own Government or US/NATO atrocities and all of a sudden we have Qunut and Khutbahs from the mimbars over Syria; so its obvious that US is pulling the strings on Syria and also Bahrain and Ulamah are playing their tune.

That shouldn't make us ignore two simple facts:

  1. Sunnees are being massacared and butchered in Syria
  2. Dajjal will appear between Syria & Iraq (Saheeh Muslim)

The sunnh is that the ulamaa advises the leaders and not speak out publicly against them. This is because islam is not a religion of chaos, emotional outbreaks, demontrations and revolutions that all leads only to bloodshed.we all want change but we can't change corruption by way of another corruption moreover by a bigger corruption. Change comes from within one's self and and within the ummah, and not just the leaders as the prophet pbuh once said (interpretation of hadith) that the leaders are a reflection of the ummah.

And the ulamaa after advising the leaders, do they have to tell us about it? :) So lets not ask what the ulamas have done, ask what you have done. Lets make qunut nazilah for syria.

Asslamo Allaikum,

So this principle

  1. is applied in Saudia
  2. NOT applied outside of it and all other leaders can be publicy rebuked and addressed from the mimbar
