Taqleed: Acts of worships vs Others

People really need to understand Taqleed and how it works.

  1. Personal opinions of Ulama e.g. strawberry is Haram or "No Social Distancing in Salah" are not necessary for laymen to follow
  2. Laymen are obliged to follow the position of reputable Darul-ulooms when it is unanimous

  1. In Acts of worship, Ulama are obliged to issue a Fatwa in their Madhab
  2. All else, Ulama have the leeway to issue Fatwa which brings ease

P.S: Read Imdadul-Fatawa of Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanwi (RA)

T-H-E-N

Judgement of a Qadhi lifts difference of opinion of Ulama.

Qadhi of Pakistan (probably Mufti Taqi Usmani (HA)) takes precedence over individual Fatawa and facebook posts of XYZ, so all these opinions of Ulama are cool to do Facebook posts and forum discussions but in reality a Qadhi would decide the policy of Pakistan Government.

These Ulama who are issuing Fatwaas are at fault for answering XYZ questions instead of calling a conference and discussing issue. The way Ulama did "Social distancing for Coronavirus" is the right way how critical issues should be decided.

These are not "personal worship acts" of Muadh Khan to google and get answers. If I had any powers I would regulate all these "Fatawa" sites and limit them to make people understand how Taqleed works.

Every XYZ issuing a "Fatwa" is wrong and never been done in this history of Islam. We have 21 year old wet behind the ears graduates with loads of followers on Social Media issuing "Fatwaas" and causing confusion and chaos.

In an Islamic state many of these Ulama may be shut down for confusing laymen.

In simpler words think of the decision for building a temple in Pakistan a policy issue which cannot be decided by individual Fatwaas and WhatsApp groups.

Ministry of Religion (Pakistan)

dailytimes.com.pk/635502/ministry-of-religious-affairs-in...

  1. In 2017, Hindu Parlimentarians filed an application in Human Rights Commission for construction of temple in Islamabad. Ministry of Human Rights forwarded this application to CDA for land allotment. It was allotted in 2017.
  2. Currently, Hindus are founding and constructing the temple from their own resources.

So why did Imran Khan Government stick their nose into this business and offer money from Taxpayer???

As Shaykhul-Islam (Mufti) Taqi Usmani (HA) said, "Why create all these scandals and chaos???"

We all know why. The TPTB in the Pakistan govt. have turned IK into nothing more than a glorified beggar. And the beggar has to please both those he is begging for and from whom he is begging.

This is why we needed a stronger character than him in our govt. Someone who would not sell his morals and principles so easily. Someone who'd rather be removed from office or even die than compromise on the righteous stance that he had. The lust for power has destroyed better men than him before and it will destroy still more.

Pakistan Ulema Council announces support for construction of temple

Am I right in assuming that this organisation has no influence on the ground.

This is "Non-Scholar" issuing a statement.

www.youtube.com/watch?edufilter=NULL&v=-Sw1DHHqapc

Whenever you see Ulama united on an issue, you will find this guy (often backed by Message TV) disagreeing

Basically, he is saying that "Pakistani Constitution" was setup by Akabir and it is binding. According to him "Pakistani Constitution" gives the same rights to "Non-Muslims" as it does to Muslims.

In the next breath he admits that Islamic Ideological Council (IDC) which is the constitutional body designated to deliberate this matter has its decision pending. He also admits that the issue is pending in the Courts.

"Non-Hazrat-Worshipping Deobandees" just have to ask a simple question.

If the issue is being deliberated by the "Ulama" and "Courts" then who are you to define what rights for both Muslims and Non-Muslims under "Pakistani Constitution"?

Here he is on 07th of May 2020 saying "Pakistani Constitution" gives you rights to celebrate "Aisha day, "Ali day" or whatever day...

www.youtube.com/watch?edufilter=NULL&v=7dd3E2xbicQ

Basically he is Pakistani-Liberal famous Deobandi and gives them cover for their activities.

I thought so. On a lighter note, he's lost lot of weight, could be made sports minister.
