Has not happened and is unlikely at this point. Government has ensured people without insurance will not be charged for COVID related expenses only. Some insurance companies have followed suit by waiving co-payments and deductibles, again COVID related only.

US Government has only authorized a one time payment (so far), not for 3 months. $1,000 per adult and $500 per child.
