1. Electoral law also has rules about activity that may be seen as election related campaigning by all organisations, including charities.
   
2. Charities must not support or oppose a political party or candidate. Charities must not donate funds to political parties
3. Charities should be especially wary of associating or becoming associated in the minds of the public, with a particular candidate or political party.
