Anyone know what's going on?

Today many of us woke up to the news of the sacking of the respected Imam of Dewsbury Markaz, Moulana Yusuf Darwan Sahib DB. After 35 years of loyal service the self-appointed Ameers of Dewsbury Markaz completed their act of oppression and aggression.
These Shura members are all Non-Ulama, many of them responsible for the conning of the students of Dewsbury Darul Uloom in the 80's of thousands of pounds.
The self appointed Ameers include a Mr Daji, who along with other Tablighee brothers is one of those responsible for the closing and selling the assets of Zakaria Muslim Girls High School; depriving our girls of the only Girls school in Batley.
He can bankrupt the school depriving the daughters of the Ummah, but afford a half million pound holiday home in the South of France.
This man is responsible for usurping the wealth, which runs in to 1000’s if not 100’s of Thousand’s pounds of his bed factory partners.
So many other wrongs are there in his name.
How can this man be an Ameer of Europe? He is not fit to be the Ameer of his house. And he is one of the executioners of our beloved and loyal Imam.
It is about time the local community came together and stood up to the oppression and put an end to this farce; remove this Jaahil Shuraa and replace with Ulamaa, and Allah fearing Tablighi Elders.
This Hadith comes to mind:
Narrated Abu Huraira:
While the Prophet (ﷺ) was saying something in a gathering, a Bedouin came and asked him, "When would the Hour (Doomsday) take place?" Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) continued his talk, so some people said that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) had heard the question, but did not like what that Bedouin had asked. Some of them said that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) had not heard it. When the Prophet (ﷺ) finished his speech, he said, "Where is the questioner, who inquired about the Hour (Doomsday)?" The Bedouin said, "I am here, O Allah's Apostle ." Then the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "When honesty is lost, then wait for the Hour (Doomsday)." The Bedouin said, "How will that be lost?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "When the power or authority comes in the hands of unfit persons, then wait for the Hour (Doomsday.)" Sahih Bukhari.

Maulana Yusuf Darwan is with Aalami Shura so Dewsbury Markaz told him on Thursday night by phone to side with Nizamuddin Markaz or get sacked from Imamat. The latter happened.

Have they only found out now about the misappropriation of money and corruption of some of their elders? Why did they stay silent all these years and why have they now become the beacons of haq?

When there is unity, many unpleasant facts are suppressed for the greater good. When cracks develop, everything comes tumbling out of the closet.

Hiding things for the greater good, but taking care of them in the background and removing the perpetrators is one thing.

But hiding things, not taking care of the problem, and allowing the perpetrators to carry on as they are is something completely different.

The first is hikmat. The second is corruption and hypocrisy. UK tablighis choose corruption and hypocrisy. And now it's come back to bite them in the butt. But the ones exposing this are the same ones that allowed it to go on and covered it up all these years.

For those who don't know about this, in a nutshell...

Dewsbury Markaz Madrasah were charging students and their parents full price to study at the madrasah. They didn't tell the parents that they started receiving funding from the local council to go towards the students fees. When people found out they started asking questions about the money. Where is the money? What was done with the money? In response markaz sent one of the perpetrators to 4 months jamaat. When people came to the markaz seeking questions they were told you need to talk to the other guy but he is in jamaat. When he came back they sent the other perpetrator to 4 months jamaat and again used the same tactic that you need to speak to him but he is in jamaat. The markaz also sent a particular guy to people's houses to threaten them and to make them back off. All this is well known to local people who were active in tabligh jamaat over 20 years ago. The parents who were conned out of money would stand up in the masjid on Thursday night demanding to know what happened to the money.

I remember recent months ago at a local masjid. A molana friend of mine who occasionally did imamat there was told he can't lead salah anymore due to his following of Nizamuddin (he wasn't sacked per say as it was jus now and then he lead if/when the employed imam wasn't there). The weekend he was told he can't lead there was a 3days TJ jamat from the other group at that masjid and some of their zealots filled the Masjid Committee's mind there with their views about the other group (incl some conspiracy theories about links to India's BJP party). This brainwashing resulted in the molana being told he can't lead anymore and also another friend of mine, who was the ameer of the Masjid, being told he can't do any TJ activities their alone without being physically accompanied/monitored by TJ from the other group.

Both groups are just as bad as each other. Did the imam suddenly become a kafir due to following the 'wrong' group? I have been saying this for years. Tabligh Jamaat is like a cult. They are now showing their true colours.

For a group that claims to stay away from politics and partisanship, they sure engage in a lot of politics and partisanship lol.
