Those are the facts brother. You brought up the names of certain individuals and your reading of the situation was not fully accurate. I'll leave it at this. If someone is a public figure propagating tasawwuf then people should know the reality of a person who publicly propagates it. It messes up lives knowing the truth later. Allah guide us all.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:

"If you have four characteristics, whatever worldly advantage passes you by does not matter to you: keeping a trust, speaking the truth, a good character, and (moderation in eating)."

(Al-Tirmidhi, Hadith 1370)

The Prophet s.a.w also said:
"Allah swt, show mercy to Umar رضي الله عنه, (for) he speaks the truth even if it is bitter."

(Al-Tirmidhi, Hadith 1613)

Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) said,

“Forgive him who wrongs you; join him who cuts you off; do good to him who does bad to you and speak the truth even if it be against yourself.”

(Ahmad)

To make things crystal clear, no one is accusing peer of committing Zina in the literal sense. This is important to clarify as even though there was bodily contact (pairing of nails by the women etc) but never was he naked, or asked any of the women to be naked.. Apologies for the language, but I feel it is important for the members to know this...

what he is accused of is khalwah (being alone) with women

Even in mufti taqi DB fatwa, there is no mention of such acts

The article claims no such thing so there is nothing to clarify.

No but the translation or misinterpretation of the Bayaan of Mufti Abdul Bari perhaps creates such an implication. The following sentence could mean many different things....!

"We found that this “Peer Saheb” doesn’t consider Niqab to be necessary and doesn’t consider illicit relationship with members of opposite sex to be forbidden."

I have read the fatwa and there is no specific name written on it. So, there is NO SENSE to relate this FATWA to Shaykh Zulfiqar Ahmed.

Instead Darul Uloom Karachi has published the DISCLAIMER that their FATWA was only the answers asked by specific person and should NOT be related to any SPECIFIC person or INSTITUTION.

Please see the attached document for proof.
