Women are allowed to travel with their mehrams. For the sake of tarbiyat, instead of bazaars for eid shopping, if they spent the last 10 days in a hall listening to the bayans of mashaikh and ulama, then whats wrong in it?

Look at the following time table of zambia aitkaf. All bayans were broadcasted online. I also benefited alot. Alhamdulillah
