السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته
Whenever I try to post using windows phone, I get this message this type of meassage:

"You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'WHERE forum_id = 79' at line 1"

Can anyone assist?

Plus I can't rate posts, can't appreciate topics, can't view members' profiles,can't view that drop down menu etc etc

Are you using "Internet Explorer"? If so, that is the issue. Try using Chrome, Firefox, or another web browser.

Otherwise, do you have an option for "desktop view" instead of Mobile view?

Not much I can help with here sister. I don't have a Windows (mobile) to try from.

Maybe there are other users who have overcome it or are also having the same issues.

Did you try deskptop view?

Also, which version of Windows are you using?

That looks like a mess. Scrolling right and left...not a good option.

That version came out towards the end of 2014. Will your phone support or allow further updates?

(It could just be an issue with the way the website is designed, as I recall Maulana Yasin saying that it is designed more for Chrome [although you've already tried that] and Internet Explorer and the New Edge also have issues via computers, let alone mobile devices)

Maybe Maulana can look into it if time permits.
